Kas has been a familiar and welcoming face at Stag Lane Dental Centre since 2017, bringing with her nearly three decades of experience in dental practice management across London.
Her career in dentistry began in 1997 as an Orthodontic Receptionist — a role she combined with studying for her undergraduate degree in Psychology. Her background in psychology has proved invaluable throughout her career, giving her a natural ability to connect with patients, understand their concerns, and put them at ease from the moment they walk through the door.
As Practice Manager, Kas oversees the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, leads the reception team, and manages the coordination of referrals. She plays an important role in supporting clinical workflow and ensuring communication between patients, clinicians, and referring practices is seamless, efficient, and friendly at every stage.
With a warm personality and a good sense of humour, Kas has a genuine gift for forming personal connections with patients, many of whom have been coming to the practice for years and know her by first name. She takes pride in creating an environment that feels as welcoming and comfortable as possible, and loves nothing more than a good catch-up with familiar faces.
